YAMAHA FZ1 カスタム記録： リムストライプテープ
FZ1の足元は真っ黒で味気ないので、リムストライプテープでアクセントをつけようと思います。
先日取り付けたバーエンド同様、タンクに入っているラインの色にあわせて”赤系”にします。
ただの赤では芸が無いので、光が当たると反射して光る物にしました。
検索の結果、RightStuffの「シングルストライプ」の反射色(赤)にしました。
こちらのショップは選択肢が多いだけでなく、激安です。 超お奨めです。品質も問題なしです。説明書も丁寧です。
貼り付けはいたって簡単。手順書にしたがって貼り付けるだけです。
最後に長さが足りませんでした(T_T) なんてことにならないよう、できるだけ重なり部分を少なくする良いと思います。僕は5mmから1cmくらい重ねて貼りました。
仕上がりですが、フロントは完璧です (^<^)
問題はリアです。貼り付けて1週間くらいほったらかしにしていたのですが、リムのRがきついためか空気が入っているところが何箇所かあります。(・へ・) 貼り付け後、30分から1時間くらいで抑えなおせば完璧だったのではと思います。
まぁ、概ね納得できる仕上がりに満足しています。
